This is a new with tags Dale Earnhardt Sr. Fan Hand from 2009. This piece is a plush version of the foam fingers you would wear on your hand representing your team touting them as #1. The piece is about 10″ across and 12″ tall with an opening in the bottom to insert your hand. It is done mainly in red and black with the big #3 sewn onto the back.
